(Above) Undamaged Dock

Dave (Dealer in Michigan) sharing about one of his Pittsburgh, PA based customers delighted in the robust design of their Ultimate Dock. Dave shares that ‘8 foot rise in river in Pittsburgh took this out but all was saved.’

Dan (Customer) shares … ‘The water level has dropped enough that I could pull the dock sections. Pretty amazing that I only lost the 2 lights and Dori pole. The dock sections completely rolled over and were sitting upside down. The only damage was the stair mounting brackets were slightly bent. It took me about 3 hours to pull everything from the river myself, I’m getting old !  I was really surprised that the brackets held each dock section connected to each other. ‘We absolutely love our Ultimate Dock, Jim. We replaced a decades-old, multi-design (eclectic with 5 types of designs) dock with the Ultimate dock. It was easy to assemble and install, is really sturdy, and allows lots and lots of options. It’s wide enough that my elderly parents can access the boat and sit on the lake and the grandkids no longer get splinters. We placed a 5-step riser next to the ‘stall’ where we temporarily moor our pontoon boat and the grandkids love the ability to quickly get into and out of the lake. The concerns I had about the dock ‘settling’ into our soft lake bottom did not come to fruition and we haven’t had to adjust it for height or level once over the summer. Thanks much!
